Return & Exchange Policy

At Psyave, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with an item, we offer return and exchange options.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Please contact us at gollob.robert@gmx.at to obtain a return authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Psyave.

Exchanges:

We offer exchange options for items that are defective or incorrectly delivered.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise to request an exchange.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition to qualify for an exchange.

Process:

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at gollob.robert@gmx.at and provide your order number.
Once the return is approved, send the item back in its original packaging to the provided address.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement item, as per the customer's preference.
